a bed. A bed. A BED :)

Yesterday, December 1st, 2010 Kevin picked up our new bed.
It's a wedding gift from Mom and Dad Ford and we are so excited.
We spent a few days looking around and trying out lots of beds, which mostly consisted of going from bed to bed at RC Willey and if we didn't like it hoping right off, or if we did like it spending a few minutes lying down talking, laughing and being our usual Kevin & Kyla selves! (I'm pretty sure we had some people staring)
We found a bed that we both fell in love with, luckily we both aren't very picky, and a few others we liked in case we couldn't get this one at the deal we wanted.
We were very fortunate to have my AWESOME Home teacher Nate Rusch (who works at RC Willey) get us an even better deal then the clearance store was offering!
We feel very fortunate to have gotten such a great gift from Kevin's parents and also blessed to have such a good friend to help.
Kevin will be storing the bed in his room until we get married (Yes, I'm a little jealous! Its Sooo comfortable!)

It's kid of funny though, Kevin doesn't have any space left in his room. A king size bed takes up a lot of area in small apartment bedroom! hehe.
Its been fun having our first Kevin & Kyla Ford item, (well unless your Kevin and count the Beauty & the Beast DVD i bought last month, then the second!)
It really puts things into perspective that things are moving right along as we continue to plan for an eternity together!
We can't wait for more shopping adventures together. Already keeping our eyes out for a bed frame, dinning room tables and couches! Those will come in time though!

Also today i posted the link for people to send their addresses for wedding invitations! So exciting.
Feel free to check it out and add your address if you haven't already :)

Well, that's it for now everyone.
Kevin and I have alot planned for the month of December so more posts to come!
