Henry Eric is FOUR Months.

Today our caboose turns 4 months old. Little Henry is the sweetest baby and it's hard to remember what our family was like without him. It's so fun to watch him grow and learn new things and become so much more involved in whats going on around him.  Henry is my cuddle buddy. He loves to snuggle and be held... ALL THE TIME.  He's a very happy baby and loves his big brother and sister. I don't think there is a little brother more loved then our Henry. 
Happy FOUR MONTHS Henry Eric. 

At FOUR MONTHS old... -I am 12 lbs. -I am 24 inches long.  -I've got super strong blue veins pumping through my head.  -I have a BIG appetite. -I am finally sleeping in my own crib. -I only wake up once a night for a feeding.  (Mom's excited she's getting more sleep) -I smile at everyone. -I love to "talk", especially to daddy, and coo at him lots. -I can roll over from my back to tummy, and then spin in a complete circle.  -I love to reach up for toys or faces.  -I love my big brother and sister.

Goold Family Photos

While my family was in town for Henry's Blessing, we were able to take family photos.  It was so special since it was the first time we had all been together in almost TWO YEARS!  With our family spread out across California, Utah and South Dakota, the times we are able to all be together are too far and few in between.  Grandma Carol's house made for the PERFECT location and she made the cutest 80 year old photographer ever.
Since today is my parents 30TH Wedding Anniversary I thought there was no better time to FINALLY post the photos we snapped and share how grateful I am for my two incredible parents and this amazing family they've created.  For their unconditional love, support, encouragement, shoulder to cry on, helping hand out from the bottom, love for their Savior, acts of service, example of strength and overcoming some of life's hardest moments, I am so blessed to be on their team!

Truly Blessed: Henry Eric's Blessing Day (2/19/17)

We blessed our sweet Henry on  Sunday, February 19th, 2017 in the  Grandview 5th Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints  in  Provo, Utah

In the LDS culture, babies are given a name and a blessing by their fathers and it's a pretty special day for the child and family.

This year, we were so blessed to be surrounded with so many of our friends and family to celebrate our sweet baby Henry.  Kevin gave little Henry the sweetest blessing during our Sacrament worship meeting and was surrounded by many other important priesthood holders. 

The celebration then continued with a luncheon at our home.

We were so fortunate to have both our parents in town from California and Washington along with all my sisters and Kevin's sister Melissa. It was a HUGE surprise when my sister Aubrey and her family surprised us from South Dakota and showed up the morning of the blessing!  Happy Tears all morning!  We loved all the extra time we had playing with our families!
