Uncle B and Aunt Patty just moved to Texas at the end of last year, and we were so sad to see them leave Utah but were so excited for the opportunity to make our first trip of twenty sixteen to their beautiful new home in Cypress.
We waisted no time and jumped right into tons of fun.
The first few days, my cousin Jessica and her cute family, along with my cousin Nate, drove down from Austin to celebrate Uncle B's birthday.
My kids were so happy to have them there, especially cousin McKay who they loved spending the week with.
Between bowling, play dough, sunshine, green grass (NO SNOW!), temple, movie nights, Downtown Aquarium, tree climbing, road trip to Austin, Buc-ee's, train ride, park, food trucks, late night girls night, Rudy's, and yummy homemade meals... its' safe to say that Texas may be one of our favorite vacations spots this year!
We were spoiled rotten this trip and these pictures hardly give justice to just how much fun we really had.

This is a GAS STATION FRIENDS!
Visiting the Kilgore's in Austin.
I may or may not have gone to 4 different Targets while we were in Texas! (totally did)
Timeouts in the dinning room were a regular for this guy and the Kid Table was a BIG hit all week.
Of course it's not a vacation without some AMAZING food.
Homemade by Patty Jo and some of Texas' best eateries!
A HUGE thanks again to these PJ and Uncle B. I feel so blessed to call them family and am so grateful for the relationship I have had with them for the last 28 years and even more grateful that that relationship continues to grow and that they show the same amazing love to my children.
Colin & Jess, McKay & Nate, thanks for letting us crash a night with you guys. We loved getting to play in Austin with you.
Love you all.
We'll be back soon.
