Truly Blessed - Hayden Elizabeth's Blessing Day.

Hayden Elizabeth was blessed on Sunday April 13th, 2014  in the North Lake Second Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Lehi Utah.

Hayden was blessed by her father and surrounded by her Maternal Grandfather, 2 Paternal Great Grandfathers, an Uncle, a few of her fathers friends and her bishop. Many others joined us for her special day and we feel so blessed to have had those family and friends come and share their love for our little miss.  It was a beautiful Sunday with the sun frequently peaking out from behind scattered rain clouds. I am so grateful my parents and Kevin's mom could travel from their homes on the West Coast to be apart of this day. I am so grateful for my husband who was able to use his priesthood power to give Hayden a name and the sweetest blessing.  We are Truly Blessed.

I spent the night before Prepping the house for the party.

 

Sunday Morning we got ready as a family and Hunter prepped Hayden for what to expect on her big blessing day.

Since Hayden was blessed in the same dress I was blessed in when I was a baby we thought it would be so neat to re-create a photo I have with my parents. 

Later that evening we had all of the Goold's over for  a family desert night to celebrate all of the new babies that have been born into our family!

My cousins Jay & Preston and I were all born within two months of eachother.

This photo was taken sometime in 1988.

Some 26ish years later the three of us all had babies within a month and a half of each other.

It was so fun to re-create a photo with a new generation of cousins! 

Just missing cousin McKay who was also born this year! 

At the end of the night my poor little family was partied out.

And yes I made her wear the bonnet for like 10 minutes so I could get a few photos!
