A Busy Week.
Its Friday already? How did this week get away from me?!
I've been a terrible blogger this week, but if you follow me on Instagram or Facebook you may have noticed all of the fun things our little family has been up to.
Monday was St. Patricks Day and O'Malley the leprechaun visited our house!
My poor OCD child was so concerned that O'Malley had flipped over the furniture and opened all the cupboards that he spent the first few minutes of his morning "cleaning up" after our little visitor.
What kind of a monster have I created?
When I was growing up O'Malley always stopped by our house looking for his pot of gold. He made a terrible mess but left lots of goodies!
I remember my siblings and I would spend hours planning and creating the BEST traps to try and capture that sneaky little guy.
Of course we never did and I am so glad we didn't so he could continue coming around for my kids!
We also had green milk and green pancakes to celebrate that special day.
We also went to our first Story Time at the Library.
It was a little crazy trying to get Hunter to sit still for the actual story times which made me appreciate their intermittent dance parties!
He loved getting to show off his dance moves!
And of course we ended the day with a St Patrick's Day Photo Shoot.
Tuesday Kevin & I celebrated our 3rd Anniversary.
It still amazes me how quickly and wonderfully the last three years have gone.
A new home, two kids, a new car, success in Kevin's career, traveling, and just LOVING our little life.
I have been so blessed and feel so grateful that Kevin chose me.
He is truly my best friend and I have loved our time as husband and wife.
I cannot believe I get this guy for Eternity!
We celebrated by going to dinner at Happy Sumo and then played at Provo Beach Resort.
I won a gift card to Provo Beach Resort not to long ago so the whole adventure was free... and it was a BLAST!
Provo Beach Resort has so much to offer and it's great fun for all ages.
First we did the Ropes Course which was amazing. I have a terrible fear of heights but after a few minutes I was able to get around the obstacles pretty quickly.
Next we bowled.
Now... I'm not gonna brag, but I was a on a bowling team about 5 years ago so I'm pretty good...Not!
I ended up beating Kevin by only 8 points.
Kyla-100 Kevin-92.
Probably the worst game ever bowled but SO much fun.
To wrap up the night we spent the rest of our fun money playing tons of fun arcade games.
We seriously felt like kids just playing all of the silly games and winning tickets.
We walked away with a few hundred tickets and brought home some fun toys for Hunter.
Thanks for a fabulous night Provo Beach.
(PS. Your Employee Alexa in the Ropes Course Area was AWESOME!)
Another HUGE thanks to my AMAZING Aunt Patty for watching the littles so Kev and I could enjoy the night.
We love you Aunite. You are the Best!
The rest of the week was busy with every day happenings.
Love a good busy week.
Loving how ADORABLE my two kids are.
Keeps me incredibly humbled being reminded daily how blessed I am with two healthy, happy and beautiful children.
Happy Friday Friends.
