..For a Reason.
Last night was one of those moments when you are reassured, given that comforting peace of mind that what your are doing, when you are doing it and how you are doing it is RIGHT.
I am so grateful for a Heavenly Father who continually blesses our little family.
Stay tuned for WONDERFUL NEW adventures happening THIS MONTH in the Ford household.
How about our weekly Hot List to keep your mind from playing the guessing game of our big news!
Happy First day of MARCH Readers.
Hunter.
Hunter is LOVING books right now. At my Sacramento baby shower the guests were asked to bring books in lieu of cards to start a library for H.
It has been such a blessing to have so many books for our little guy.
He loves when we read to him.
He also loves to turn the pages by himself. It's so neat to watch him develop as he is discovering colors and pictures!
He's gonna be smart like his dad for sure.
Mommy.
Is anyone else as sick of this cold dry weather as I am?
My skin and lips are suffering so terribly.
I have yet to find a good strong moisturising lotion but I have fallen IN LOVE with Maybeline Baby Lips.
I wasn't sure how I felt about the tinted shades (since I am not a lipstick wearer) but had heard lots of good reviews.
I bught my first tube a while back and have been stocking up so I never EVER run out.
Baby Lips works great leaving my lips soft as a baby's bottom.
The tinted colors are actually really great also; it gives just the right amount of color for a little extra something!
Daddy.
Yes, those are ear plugs.
Kevin has worn them our entire marriage
(and even further back if I recall).
We have lived in a basement apartment for two years and he was using them so he could sleep through the noise upstairs.
Then with having a baby he's used them so he could get a good nights rest and be ready for work come morning.
Two nights ago, I was asleep on the mattress in the baby's room (teething has been a little rough in our house the last week) and at 5:30 am I woke up to a faint horn like sound. I laid in bed for two whole minutes trying to figure out what it was. At first, I thought it was a car alarm. Then when I heard the buzzing noise I realized it was Kevin's alarm. I went into the bedroom to find my HANDSOME husband UNCONSCIOUS as his alarm blared next to his head on the night stand.
Needless to say, the earplugs work great and Kevin is getting LOTS of sleep.
