McKenna is Here + Day 2 of B.E.D.I.M.

My sweet sister McKenna is here from Sacramento for BYU Women's Conference this weekend.

This afternoon my sister Aubrey and I kidnapped her and we had a sisters afternoon eating Zupas for lunch and shopping at The Traverse Mountain Outlets. 

It's so fun to have McKenna here.

I sure love that girl.

So proud of everything she is doing and the choices she is making.

She bought a beautiful Coach wallet today that I just might have to "borrow" sometime.

I am gonna go with RANDOM.

I am a CELEBRITY know it all

It's kinda silly but I can honestly tell you ANYTHING about ANY CELEBRITY that's been in the news in the last handful of years.

I don't know where it comes from. 

I don't spend hours a day reading gossip magazines or watching celebrity reality shows.

It just happens from occasional channel surfing, Good Morning America watching and browsing the magazine cover pages while waiting to check out at the grocery store.

But once I see or hear it, the information sticks like GLUE to my brain.

Kevin is always surprised that I know who celebrities are married to, or just had a baby. 

I know who attended award shows and what they wore. 

And I know who is going crazy or who just bought a 17 million dollar home.

It's not useful information.

It doesn't make me smarter.

I Wish I could take that part of my brain that stores all of this information and fill it with something cooler like awesome recipes or things I read in books. 

Maybe it's a memory thing.

Kevin has said that I am very good at remembering dates and events and lyrics.

 Yea... let's go with I have an AWESOME Memory.

I guess I can live with that.
