October is quickly becoming our favorite month.
Each year as the leaves begin to change our little family packs our bags and heads West.
This year we put over 2000 miles on our rental car, drove from Utah to Sacramento and spent 5 days there with my family before heading South to spend a few days at The Happiest Place on Earth.
I am so grateful for the opportunities our family has to travel.
Kevin works so hard to make all of our Fall trips happen and each year we make more memories I cherish deeply.
My sister Aubrey and her family recently moved back to Sacramento while her husband completes basic training so it very special to spend time with them.
We miss having the Hedlunds here in Utah with us.
It took a whole day of travel with car delays, traffic delays and re-routing's, but after twelve long hours we made it Sacramento.
We waisted no time and jumped right in playing hard with our family.
We spent a morning at Apple Hill eating yummy apple pie and snapping a few family photos.
We attended a fun fall carnival at cousin James school and spent many nights surrounded by family and good food.
The kids had nasty coughs the whole week we were on vacation so we took LOTS of naps to keep our energy levels up for playing!
This is my Aunt & Uncles BackYard and I LOVED getting to spend some time at their home, one of my favorite childhood "hang out" homes!
