Fudge Recipe and Lady's Night!

The Christmas countdown is on!
5 days!

This week Hunter & I made our first Holiday treat and today I'm sharing it with all of you.

Uncle Blain's famous Fudge Recipe.

In a large sauce pan, bring the following to a boil:
4 cups of sugar.
Appox 10-12ox of evaporated milk
Boil long enough that all all the sugar granules are dissolved.
Watch that it doesn't boil over, constant stirring on lower heat prevents this.

When this is ready, pour it in a mixing bowl that consist of:
2 cubes margarine/butter
18ish oz (1 1/2 12oz packages) of semi-sweet chocolate chips
18ish oz of milk chocolate chips
2ish cups of mini marshmallows
A sploosh of vanilla
Walnuts/Pecans/or other nuts as desired

Mix until everything is melted.

At this point it should be warm and pourable.
Pour onto greased/butter cooking sheet and smooth out.

Let cool.
This is best done naturally - not in the freezer or fridge.

Now the best part:
While the fudge cools, lick the bowl and spoon.

Last night I had some of my favorite ladies over for a little gathering to relax and hang out before the craziness of next week.
I sure do love these girls and am so grateful for the "mommy time" I get spend with them!
Thanks girls for a lovely evening.
